Innovation Application Research About Felt Technology In Knitted Garment Design

In recent years,with the development of the garment industry and the innovation of knitting technology,the innovative application of felting technology in the design of knitted garments has become one of the new directions of knitted garment development.It has begun to show great market potential value and extend in many directions.Knitted garments made by felt processes have a different appearance from traditional knitwear.Felting knitwear has a richer texture and style change,and the effect is also richer.The crispfabric is not easy to fall off,showing a similar appearance of the material but has the elasticity and feel of the knitted fabric,providing more possibilities for the design.I will explore the innovative application of the felting technology in knitted garmentsand enrich the application of the felting process in the knitting design in this paper hoping to provide more valuable references for knitting costume designers and new design ideas and methods for traditional knitwear design.
