Research On The Innovative Of Fashion Design Based On Felt Technology

Felt is a non-woven fabric formed by using wool fibers with a scale structure as raw materials.The wool fiber scales are intertwined and tightly formed by friction and extrusion of external force.It has the advantages of excellent material properties,strong plasticity,and a simple and beautiful appearance.Great room for innovation.At present,most of the felt technology is applied in other design fields,and there is less research on clothing design.This article takes felt technology as the main research object.In terms of history and culture,first of all,through the study of related ancient books and unearthed cultural relics,the historical origin of felt is sorted out to understand its production technology,production scale,types of finished products,and social status in the historical process.The trajectory of spreading and other aspects,and concluded:the production scale and social status of felt are directly affected by its usage and preference by the ruling class.Secondly,through literature research and interviews,we can learn about the current status of traditional hand-rolling from the inheritors and put forward that industrialization and changes in people’s lifestyle are the direct reasons for the decline of traditional hand-rolling techniques.The third is to further explore on the basis of historical research,through the analysis of the three aspects of regional cultural characteristics,nomadic production methods,and ethnic cultural symbols,discussing the deep connection between felt and nomads,and analyzing regional culture from the level of human demand psychology The influence of lifestyle and lifestyle on the inheritance and development of felt skills,and pointed out that only in a living environment similar to that of nomads,felt is irreplaceable.In terms of research on traditional and modern felt-making techniques and processes,this article has,on the one hand,learned about the traditional felting techniques and details in the two regions of Wulate and Alxa through fieldwork,and on this basis,analyzed the different regions and ethnic groups.The reasons for the similarities and differences of felting techniques;on the other hand,I learned modern felting techniques from modern felting studios and proposed that modern felting techniques follow the same felting principle as traditional felting,which is an improvement and improvement of traditional felting techniques.extend.On the basis of a full understanding of techniques,this article sorts out the types of felt products in traditional nomadic life and modern design and analyzes that felt mainly use practical functions in traditional nomadic life,while in modern life people pay more attention to the additional attributes of felt material.Reveals that the environment of the times has caused people to change the functional needs of felts,and proposes that felt technology should be innovated with the development of the times.After understanding the application of felt in various design fields,the author puts forward the idea of combining felt technology with modern clothing design for the innovative application,and analyzes the limitations and feasibility of felt in clothing design,and derives solutions:First,use methods such as replacing felting materials and changing the means of spreading to solve the limitations of felt in the feel and thickness;second,analyze the innovative application of felt technology and modern design in terms of clothing style,color,and fabric.The method provides a feasible basis for subsequent design and application.Finally,I summarized and practiced on the basis of preliminary research,expounding the creative ideas and practical methods in the design plan,from design conception to research and analysis,and then to design completion.
