Application Of Wool Felt Technology In Garment Fabric Reengineering

Wool felt technology is a kind of traditional handicraft.With the improvement of modern people's demand for design,wool felt as a kind of handicraft is loved and accepted by people.In the field of fashion design,wool is no longer only in the traditional form of knitting and weaving,wool felt technology has gradually been used in the design of apparel.In this paper,the wool felt process as the starting point,from the perspective of fabric reengineering,its fabric in the process of re-engineering feasibility,expression,creative ideas,innovative applications and other aspects of systematic exploration and analysis.Based on the influence of postmodernism on costume design,this paper attempts to explore and study the design method and innovative application of wool felt.This paper takes the methods of literature research,investigation practice and summarization to analyze and study the wool felt technology with the combination of common fabrics and techniques,the rebuilding of wool felt fabrics is quantified with modern technology under the aesthetic requirement of modern design.The paper is divided into the following parts: 1.the overall overview of the wool felt technology,including the history of development,the prevalence of the status quo,the principle of technology,the classification of methods and so on.2.this paper analyzes and expounds the feasibility of applying wool felt in the recycle of apparel fabrics,and systematically research and summarize its manifestations in combination with the design case,and put forward the innovative expression of wool felt recycle.3.The possibility of reengineering of wool felt fabrics remanufactured in the modernization of production by using the wool felt industrial acupuncture method as an example to explore the possibility of the modernization production,analyze the advantages and disadvantages,and propose the proposed solution.4.Combining theory and practice,this paper gives an outlook for the future application of wool felt technology in garment fabric reengineering.The wool felt is feasible in the reconstruction of fabric and conforms to the contemporary aesthetic demand,which is both functional and decorative.It is hoped that it can stimulate people to pay more attention to wool felt in the field of clothing design throughthe research,and provide theoretical reference for relevant researchers.
