Research On Key Technology Of Internet+ Wisdom Security Monitoring Platform

Safety production and people's safety are closely related to reduce the frequency of production safety accidents,the effective way to ensure the safety of life is to strengthen safety supervision.Compared with foreign countries,the level of information management about safety supervision in our country is relatively backward.According to the existing problems of safety supervision,based on the information management,this paper describes the system's identification of danger sources and the urgent need of the development of management tools in safety regulation.It also conducts the key technology research on the safety regulation platform based on the requirements of enterprise safety management and government supervision.Based on the principle of risk management,we collected basic information of enterprises and carried out investigations on the working places.After these investigations,we also searched their production characteristics and select a variety of identification methods and appropriate technical routes to carry out identification of enterprises to obtain comprehensive risk information.On this basis,to develop operational tools for enriching the enterprise management risk tools.We can design the safety risks controlling system based on these database and enterprises characteristics.The system can also help enterprises improve their safety management level by using risks management theory and information means.Based on regulatory requirements,the government creates a "government-enterprise" safety and security intelligence platform through the security risk management and control system established by the enterprise.Construct a government regulatory platform to analyze regulatory requirements and design platform functions so that the government can always obtain and inspect real-time information on enterprise security risks,check the real-time reporting of internal security checks and urge enterprises to self-manage production safety.Second,comprehensively,timely and truly grasp the hidden dangers of enterprises in the region,safety accidents and special operations and other related circumstances,timely reflection of the region's safety supervision,early warning and disposal dynamics.Finally for the emergency,to achieve GIS-based visual emergency command function.The security monitoring platform constructed not only fulfilled the responsibility of enterprises but also enhanced the government's safety supervision ability and reduced the supervision difficulty.
