Evaluation And Improvement Of Effectiveness For Enterprise Security Risk Control Measures Based On Hazard And Operability Analysis

Hazard and Operability Studies(HAZOP),as a systematic and scientific safety risk identification and analysis method,has been widely used in process safety risk identification in various industries and fields.Enterprises always face various safety risks during production and operation.Safety risk control measures are the fundamental means for enterprises to control various safety risks,curb accidents,and ensure their normal production and operation.However,the unreasonable or ineffective safety risk control measures are the direct cause of the accident.Therefore,it is necessary to review and improve the effectiveness of enterprise security risk control measures based on the effective identification of the actual security risks of the enterprise using the HAZOP analysis method.Through analysis of enterprise security risk control measures,enterprise security risk control measures can be divided into security management measures and security technology measures.Based on the different purposes,HAZOP analysis has different ideas,methods and output results,so this study starts from these two aspects,based on the purpose of improving safety management measures,conducts HAZOP analysis,identifies the risks one by one,and uses experience to evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s safety management measures and explore improvement methods;based on the purpose of improving safety technical measures,carry out HAZOP-SIL analysis,combined with the protective layer analysis(LOPA)method,and obtain the safety integrity level(SIL)of the enterprise process safety instrumentation system.Review the effectiveness of corporate security technology measures and further explore ways to improve corporate security technology measures.The paper proposes that HAZOP analysis methods have different application ideas and output results based on different purposes and scopes.This is innovative in the application field of HAZOP methods and helps companies better understand the characteristics of HAZOP analysis methods and make it better when used in the actual identification of security risks.Due to the limitations of the author’s own knowledge and the complexity of the subject,further research and discussion on the effectiveness review and improvement of HAZOP-based enterprise security risk control measures are still needed for the application of HAZOP analysis methods in a wider range of fields and for companies to be more scientific and reasonable.Lay the foundation for controlling security risks.
