International project contract project has always been considered as a high risk enterprise,because of its unique international characteristics, involving the industry field of wide,many uncertain risk factors. Correct analysis, prediction and prevention of risk is the key to the success of international engineering contracting project.Risk management has become a very important research field in the international project contract project. It plays an active and effective role in the practice of international project contract. At present, there are three areas of risk management of international project contracting project. The research is mainly to identify risk factors in international engineering. Two, the research focuses on the risk management model and the risk factors of risk assessment. Three, the research selects the important or special risk factors(such as political and economic risk), and puts forward the relevant measures of risk. The research objective of this paper is: in the application of risk management, the main content of the international project risk management involves all aspects of the case analysis, listing all the risk points and response measures. This paper not only carries on the risk analysis to the international project profit related content, but also carries on the risk management and the analysis to the construction safety and the local environment, these are the key and the basis for the successful implementation of international engineering project. In this paper, the author analyzes the company’s involvement in the EPC project of cement in Iraq, the risk management of specific projects, the conclusions of the project and the follow-up of the EPC project risk management has a certain reference value.
