Oil resources reserves are abundant in Russia,Canada,Kazakhstan and other areas,but the area is located in the high latitude region where the climate is cold.Thoes areas lowest temperature reached-45β,and the extreme temperature even reached-70β.The low temperature all the year round brought about a series of problems for oil exploration and development,such as the freezing of brittle fracture of material,equipment damage,device can not start and table skid performance bad etc.These problems will seriously affect the progress of work,and even lead to work stoppages,casualties,even accidents.Based on the project of Russian Low Temperature Truck-mounted Drilling Rig,the research on the Heating and Heat Preservation System of the vehicle in the low temperature environment is carried out.The basis of Low Temperature Truck-mounted Drilling Rig Heating and Heat Preservation System design is the General layout of rig.and the design standards,customer requirements are major factors that must be considered in general layout of rigs.In this paper,the project supporting equipment can be divided into the host region,the pump group area,the solid control area and the dynamic region.Considering the Heat preservation and heating measures first starting from the General layout ensure that the overall layout of compact.Then using appropriate thermal insulation and heating measures for each area of research,make sure that the ambient temperature in each region meet the requirements of equipment and construction personnel.In the process of the research on the heat insulation measures,the empirical analysis and theoretical calculation are used to design the insulation method,and the construction scheme is determined by the theory calculation.Using the above method,the overall layout scheme of generator room is determined to make full use of the waste heat;The steam pipelines of the pump group,solid control area shed arrangement of Chinese word βεβ and βδΉβ to make sure that steam pipeline heat can be fully used.Using self-limiting temperature of 45 W/m electric heating belt to meet the requirements of the heating pipe and the mud pipe.Through experience summary and detailed theoretical calculation,it is verified that the steam line,heat preservation room and electric heating system of the thermal insulation heating scheme are verified by the calculation.In order to verify the correctness of the calculation,at the drilling site to collect large amounts of data,validate at the coldest month in the local,the insulation measures satisfy the requirements,the insulation measures of drilling rigs use can provide a comfortable temperature for the construction site. |
