| Combined with the science and technology research on drill string automatic transfer mechanism of truck mounted mobile drilling rig of Zhongcheng equipment manufacturing company, in view of high labor intensity, high risk and low working efficiency under the drill string transfer condition during mobile drilling rig working in each oilfield, the article demonstrated the overall mechanical structure proposal and automatic control proposal of drill string transfer mechanism by taking advantages of onsite investigation and information collection, independent research on relative technologies by existed technical resources and research method. Moreover, through comparison between theoretical mathematics and actual production, design and analysis result conforming to the product has been verified.The article introduced research background of truck mounted mobile drilling rig drill string automatic transfer mechanism, acknowledged domestic and international technology development status of the product of the same class, defined necessity and significance of project establishment, clarified the research method and route, key technology and main performance parameters of this project. In addition, it analyzed the interrelationship between overall structure and other fittings, presented overall design proposal, design proposal of dynamic drill pipe setback, design proposal of drill pipe catcher, design proposal of control system, etc., particularly designed and calculated the mechanical structure of dynamic drill pipe setback and drill string catcher in detail. Concerning hydraulic control system and electrical control system, the article presented the respective methods of performing the fixed actions by the device, as well as relative PLC program control design. Through repeated verification, the overall structure and control proposal of the equipment, which meets the overall parameter requirements, have been confirmed.Drill string automatic transfer mechanism of truck mounted mobile drilling rig is mainly used for transferring 3 1/2″drill pipe, 5″drill pipe and 9 5/8″casing between wellsite and drilling platform during drilling and workover operation. The main functions consist of lifting and lowering of drilling tools in pipe setback, drilling tools knockout, makeup and breakdown, etc. There are two major systems, mechanical structure, which comprises dynamic pipe setback and drill string catcher (fixed jib component, swiveling jib component and gripping jib component), is connected by reliable pin or draw bar; control system is divided into hydraulic system and electrical system. Hydraulic system consists of block shifting oil cylinder, drilling rig knockout oil cylinder, lifting oil cylinder, auxiliary oil cylinder, telescoping oil cylinder, clamp oil cylinder, restoring oil cylinder, hydraulic control valve and piping. Electrical system, which consists of local control box, remote control box and shifting sensor, adopts PLC program control method to regulate interaction sequence of each electromagnetic valve, in a bid to accomplish automatic control of the equipment.In order to ensure the success of research and development, the author reinforced and reviewed the input and output of technical documentation, and formed a complete set of design and development documentation during the period of research and development of drill string automatic transfer mechanism. Based on the specific operating condition of the product, detailed overall test requirements were drawn up, and functional test under idling and loading condition was done. Test result indicated that the equipment is completely able to satisfy design and operation requirements.After theoretical design and actual production, this project came off well in meeting requirements of design and onsite operation, further proved that automatic control fits to new market demand. It provides great market competitiveness to Zhongcheng equipment manufacturing company in the future development. |
