The Design Of The Truck-Mounted Drilling Rig

Petroleum is the important strategic resource for a country.In order to reduce the exploration and exploitation of oil in time and cost,all the countries in the world compete to develop advanced oil equipment.Truck-mounted drilling rig has highly centralized,convenient move,quick installation,flexible operation characteristics,these characteristics can reduce the drilling cost,that is the reason why truck-mounted drilling rig has been widely used at home and abroad,and the rig equipped with TDS is the development trend of the future.Thesis based on the analysis of domestic and foreign and the development,structure and composition of truck-mounted drilling rig and TDS,established the rig model by using 3D engineering software.In order to find out the various components in the correspondingconditions of the stress distribution,the finite element analysis are used on the key components of the rig.The hydraulic system of the vehicle are analyzed,also the stability of the vehicle was checked,and provides a theoretical basis and methods for the improvement and production of truck-mounted top drive drilling rig.
