At the same time the troublesome problem of disposing the dejectas appear increasingly. Now, lots of dejectas have seriously polluted the environment because they haven't been disposed duly and effectively and let arbitrarily. In order to prevent the dejecta pollution and utilize the dejecta resource roundly, the anaerobic dry fermentation technique in high temperature is chosen to dispose the poultry and domestic animal dejectas.This article focuses on the research of the fermentation tin's heating and heat preservation.By experiments, the trend of the fresh dejectas' heat transfer parameters and biological heat in the process of fermentation are established.hi order to raise the material's temperature rapidly, the interlayer-saturated-vapor heating mode is confirmed in the study on the tin's heating. At the same time, the vapor temperature, the flux and the using method of the vapor have been studied and optimized in order to economize energy sources.According to the material's biological heat in the process of the fermentation, the grading heat preservation mode is designed to insulate the tin in the research about the tin's heat preservation. In order to economize energy and optimize the fermentation effect, the pivotal parameters are optimized in the process of heat preservation.By heating experiments, the correlative equation about heat transfer in the horizontal agitated tank with inside-outside single helical ribbon impeller can be set up as follows: When the optimum operational parameters are adopted to control the heat preservation, and the contrast value between the actual temperature and the theoretic temperature is not beyond 10, it is verified by experiments that the material's temperature variation is all to the mustard, and the fermentation are all successful.In accordance with lacks in the text, the farther research about the automatic control on the tin's heating and heat preservation system should be carried on. In order to make the conclusion adopt to the different demands, the heat transfer enlargement of the tin should be carried on. |
