| Subsea production control system is used to control and monitor the operation of the subsea production equipment,and it is a key part of the subsea production control system.The domestic study of subsea control module starts late,the theory research and equipment development have a big gap with foreign.The scheme of subsea control module is designed,and a subsea control module is developed in this paper.The development status of the subsea production control system and subsea control module are introduced in this paper.The main technical parameters of foreign subsea hydraulic control system and subsea control module are analysed,The scheme of hydraulic system and mechanism of the subsea control module are designed.The overall design scheme of subsea control module is put forward in this paper,including hydraulic system and mechanical structure scheme.In the hydraulic system,hydraulic power source is located in the land,which provides hydraulic power for the whole hydraulic system.Considering the influence of water pressure,overall balanced compensation technology is adopted in the subsea control module,and effectively reduces the manufacturing difficulty.The method of docking and lock is used to complete the installation of the subsea control module.In view of the subsea valve actuator and the characteristics of internal control valve subsea control module,as well as the actuator rapid opening and safety,the pipeline of the hydraulic system is designed in this paper.According to the properties of the long hose fluid resistance,the diameter and length of umbilical cable are designed,the other parameters of hydraulic components are calculated in this paper.The underwater robot is used to complete the installation and replace of the subsea control module,and multiple hydraulic connectors plug at the same time in the installation process,so the quality of positioning device directly decides the success or failure of the installation process.The geometry and the theory of mechanical precision to design subsea control module positioning device are used,and the locking mechanism scheme of underwater robot is put forward,then its stress state are analysed.The subsea control module shell is designed,and the pressure compensator capacity is calculated in this paper.With reference to hydraulic system design experience,hydraulic valve group is designed in this paper.The hydraulic system of subsea control module is analyzed by using AMESim in this paper,including modeling of hydraulic power source,long valve actuator and hydraulic hose,as well as the simulation research in different conditions,to verify rationality of hydraulic system.Then some experiments on subsea control module is did in this paper,the test results show that the experimental subsea control module operates reliably,and could reach the original design requirements.Damping matching design method is used to design the hydraulic system of subsea control module,which can effectively reduce damping effect of multiple supply and return pipe.An unique docking and locking scheme for subsea control module is put forward in this paper. |
