| The development of science and technology has accelerated electromechanical products developing rapidly.People have actually changed the traditional way of life through mobile phones,computers,cars and airplanes.These products bring people more and more comfort and convenience,meanwhile,also more and more complex security problems.Therefore,the safety of electromechanical products has been paid more and more attentionFrom the perspective of mishap prevention,this paper further elaborates the connotation of pre-warning and applies the idea to guarantee the safety of electromechanical products.First of all,all the accident types were identified through FMEA method;Secondly,the each MCS was identified through FTA,and deal with some basic events through some principles.;Then,analyzing these basic events of MCS and the monitoring indicators through Taguchi Method,meanwhile,all monitoring indicators and pre-warning lines were identified by analyzing of all mishap types;With the application of sensor,monitoring indicators and precautionary lines were real-time monitored.When the factors exceed the pre-warning lines,the system alarms and take measures to prevent the mishap.Finally,the practicability of the pre-warning model was proved through the example of an elevator,. |
