With the development of science and social economy, electromechanical products havebeen applied extensively both in production and life. Though they brought manyconveniences, we cannot ignore the mishaps they occurred, so it is significant to improve thesafety of electromechanical products. There was a defect we found on the way of testingproduct based on present standards, when the mishaps of electromechanical products wereanalyzed. Some kinds of risk were ignored because some detect indexes were not in theexecuted tests. Therefore, this paper established an electromechanical products safety testmodel, which based on risk assessment, to propose comprehensive test content for productsafety and to ensure product safety.In this paper, product safety research firstly started from hazard analysis, to identify thepotential failure of the products by using FMEA in order to determine all the types of mishaps.Secondly, analyzing each mishap to get minimal radius set through FTA. To unite these radiussets of each mishap, and to formulate relative principles to delete some basic events to getbasic events set of each fault tree. And then, analyzing determined basic events of minimalradius set through Taguchi Method and combining with orthogonal experiment to build testindexes set corresponded with basic event. Thirdly, make regulations to unite the sets whichbelong to the basic events of same fault tree and index sets of different top event, and finallyget the safety test indexes set of product. At last, in this paper, a hair dryer was taken as anexample to verify the method described above. |
