With the continuous development of social and economy, the production of machineryand electronic products in people’s lives play an important role, electronic products hasbecome a symbol of modern civilization, also reflects the level of a country’s manufacturingsector. But people are facing enormous risks while enjoying the convenience brought byelectromechanical products, Development of mechanical and electrical products requires ahigh level in safety study.Based on the in-depth researching of existing concept、 model features and therelationship, this article analises the structural principle of electromechanical products, theenvironment of the using, failure modes and other factors. Then describes the accidentevolution process by the Dynamic Event Tree.With the use of key state (event) searchalgorithm, it obtains the accident evolution key events. And the relationship of critical events,products vulnerability, security relevance, degree of safety critical connotation is reached. Itestablishes empirical relationships between key state with DET, key events, key nodes and theadjustment formula parameters. By DET critical state, the number of feature key events, keynodes to determine the safety performance indicators described in need.Finally, electric cars as an example, the establishment of evaluation model through its.Description practicality rated this model.
