| Construction industry has always been treated as a high risk industry.Social economy,human life and nature environment will be seriously affected by accidents on construction sites.Because the working environment is complicated and lots of interchange operation and high altitude work,the construction process is easy to be affected by multiple risk factors simultaneously or successively,and the accident cause is characterized by many factors interaction.Therefore,the keys to control safety accidents and improve risk management are as follows:(1)Analyze of the action path of safety accidents in construction process by scientific method;(2)Identify the various possible causes and key factors which cause the accidents;(3)Forecast the probability of an accident;(4)Find out the weak link in the construction process.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First of all,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the construction safety situation in China and points out that the accident mortality rate of the construction site is still high,so it is necessary and meaningful to study the thesis.Then this paper analyzes the causes of safety accidents based on the characteristics of China’s construction safety production and the theory of accidents.It points out that the unsafe behavior of human beings and the unsafe state of thing are the direct causes of accidents,and the management factors are the indirect causes of accidents.According to the statistics of the safety accidents of the buildings in the past years,the objective regularity of safety accidents in the construction site is further elaborated.Secondly,this paper points out that the fault tree analysis method is scientific to be used to study the nature of the accidents and establishes the fault tree model of the main accident type in the construction site,on the basis of the analysis of construction accidents formation mechanism.Because of the complex characteristics of construction process,if the occurrence probability of unsafe events is treated as an exact value,the error accumulation will often result in a large deviation of the evaluation result,so the paper introduces fuzzy mathematics to handle unsafe event probability problems,constructs the construction safety risk assessment model based on fuzzy FTA.Finally,the paper selects scaffold falling accident as a typical accident case,and illustrates the complex causation process of construction site safety accident.According to the analysis results of unsafe events and the importance of minimum cut sets,the paper finds out the weak links in the process construction,which provides reference for the construction site management personnel to formulate corresponding safety control measures.The research outcomes will help to discover main factors leading to construction accidents,and find the control points of safety management.Meanwhile,the determined accident causation chains will assist safety managers to pay more attention to balance significant risk relationships to prevent accidents and achieve safer working environments. |
