| The complexity of chemical industry and the danger of using materials lead to the disastrous consequences of chemical accidents.Therefore,the investigation and prevention of the potential safety problems caused by accidents has been the focus of chemical safety work.Aiming at the chemical industry,the concept of white hidden trouble and black hidden danger is put forward.White hidden danger is the potential safety hazard of safety inspection and accident,and black hidden trouble is unknown and not yet visible security hidden trouble.The black abstract set hidden named security zone,and based on the nature of the hidden danger for the "black white hidden",through the security risks in actual work has been to find out the safety as blind samples,and into the hand from the two hazards associated with security blind area,were investigated for samples:1)Select the on-site inspection of a chemical project safety hidden danger information as blind samples,using event tree analysis method to analyze the samples,which do harm to the safety zone and make a qualitative description and display.2)Select two actual chemical accidents.Fault tree analysis is used to deduce the cause of the accident.Get the security blind spot as the basic event.Then,according to each safety blind spot,analysis and explanation are given,so as to qualitatively describe its harmfulness.3)Select the fire distance of a chemical project site inspection as a safe blind spot sample.By using SAFETI&PHAST software,the accident precondition is set up to simulate the accident,so as to quantitatively demonstrate the harmfulness of fire zone blind zone.4)Select the safety blind spots found and recorded during the on-site inspection of 52 chemical projects in the actual work as samples.Then four factors related to each accident were extracted as auxiliary samples.Then the grey relational analysis method is used to calculate the sample.Then calculate the correlation degree between the number of safety blind spots and the related factors of each accident type.Finally sorting and explanation.5)analysis results of samples based on grey relational,the paper proposed in the premise of each factors known to be associated with the accident danger zone,through the inverse calculation method of grey correlation analysis,calculated the number of ideal security blind spots,and use the data as the reference index of the enterprise daily safety inspection and safety hazards,so as to help enterprises quantity to prevent and reduce the security zone.At the same time,based on the idea of the same type,this paper puts forward the method of repeatedly deducing the safety blind spot from the event tree,and puts forward some suggestions in the aspect of safety management. |
