With the rapid development of the petroleum industry,the developed countries in the world gradually turn their attention to the offshore oil and move from the shallow sea to the deep water.The application of subsea production system is more and more widely used in offshore oil exploitation.The research of subsea control module in our country is still in the initial stage and has made some achievements,but there is still a certain gap compared with developed countries.The control module is subsea production system of the brain,for control and monitoring of marine oil production equipment,the control module under water is safe and reliable for the state property,oil equipment and environmental protection is very important,therefore,to control the module of subsea engineering application provides a reference and experience to develop a prototype control module set under water.In addition,China's research on reliability subsea control module is less,the reliability research of subsea control module,has important significance for the maintenance time and improve water from the design stage under the control module reliability and reduction of subsea control module.In this paper,the prototype of subsea control module is developed,and the reliability of hydraulic system and control system are analyzed.In this paper,according to the relevant industry standards,the subsea control module scheme suitable for 1500 m depth is studied,including: mechanical structure scheme,hydraulic system scheme and control system scheme.Among them,in order to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system,puts forward a new integrated hydraulic valve block,the scheme of the whole hydraulic system integrated in a disk type hydraulic valve,the high pressure oil passage and a low pressure oil with symmetrical layout,hierarchical arrangement of hydraulic pipeline.The 2 unit parallel redundant control scheme to control the system control module under water,the overall architecture of redundant control system,and the detailed design of power redundancy,communication redundancy,subsea electronic module redundancy,and the redundant hardware and software construction.According to the theory of reliability,the reliability analysis model of hydraulic system is established,by using fault tree analysis method,the reliability analysis of hydraulic system,and to evaluate the effects of different components of the hydraulic system failure mode.Analysis of parallel redundancy control system and the redundant controller establishes the dynamic fault tree Markov chain model based on the analysis of the relationship between control parameters and system reliability,reliability of redundant control system and non redundant control system,based on the analysis of the methods of increasing system reliability.The experiments were carried out under water control module prototype,including simulation and testing of the hydraulic system control module of subsea hydraulic system through function test function to verify the integrity of the hydraulic system;function test and reliability test of redundant control system control module under water,the reliability of the control module verification under water control system function complete and the higher redundancy control system.The results show that the subsea control module has the characteristics of subsea redundant control and monitoring by the subsea control experiment with the subsea separator.
