Research On Government Responsibility In Air Pollution Prevention And Control In Ordos

Atmospheric pollution has received the global attention.Air pollution incidents have occurred in all parts of the world nowadays.Human health is being affected by air pollution severely.China's prevention and control of air pollution is unprecedented and the government's imperfect responsibility is one of the important reasons.It has been a difficult problem for the governments,scholars and people of China and the world to seek the way of harmonious and balanced development of economic development and environmental protection.In view of Ordos which is in the process of rapid development of industrialization,coal consumption increased year by year,coal-fired air pollutant emissions also increased year by year.Ordos government need to take more efforts of air pollution prevention and control work.This text starts from the nowadays situation of the government responsibility of air pollution prevention and control in Ordos,and establishes the responsibility of government control in the local air pollution sources to find out the problems and causes of the implementation of the government responsibility of air pollution control in Ordos.Combined with the advanced experience at home and abroad and the characteristics of local air pollution,they change the development concept,strengthen supervision,promote synergistic governance and encourage people to participate in the construction of multi-center prevention and control mode five aspects of a certain operational and continuity of the countermeasures.This text provides an important suggestion and reference for the future optimization of the government responsibility in the prevention and control of atmospheric environmental pollution in Ordos,which is the balance between the industrial process of Ordos and the harmonious coexistence of environmental protection.
