In this thesis,by studying innovative design and performance of the structure of the Kunlun lubricating oil plastic packaging barrels,a protective,convenience,product display and promote sales of brand new packaging was designed and developed,and its performance were tested and researched.So it can make the design of function and performance of lubricating oil plastic packaging barrels to improve the grade of products,expand its market share and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.By applying the related packaging theory,the structure of original 4L Kunlun lubricant plastic packaging barrels was analyzed,and deficiency in the structure were found out,and then by applying SolidWorks software,the simulation drop tests of 4L Kunlun lubricant plastic packaging barrels were made.In simulation tests,three bearing surface of barrels were chosen to make drop tests at the same height.According to the results of the experiment and analysis of stress and strain effect picture and displacement effect picture,the defect of stress concentration of original plastic packaging barrels was found out.Taking Kunlun tianwei packaging barrels in the Kunlun lubricating oil series packaging barrels for example,the innovative design of lubricating oil packaging barrels was made.In the innovative design,the problem of stress concentration of the parts of plastic packaging barrels was considered and solved,meanwhile the innovative design of barrels mouth and handle of lubricating oil packaging barrels were made.After the innovative design,the simulation drop tests of plastic packaging barrels were made by applying SolidWorks software.From the analysis and experimental result,the improved design was effective to relieve the problem of stress concentration,so to reduce the damage of packaging barrels due to impact and vibration in transport.the overall design was generous and steady,beautiful appearance and good useful properties,so it can ensure the product quality during transport,and provide a reliable theory reference for future similar packaging design.The technological design for 4L Kunlun lubricant plastic packaging barrels was also made,including the selection of raw material and production method,material balancing calculation,the site selection and plant layout,enterprise organization structure and personnel,economic technique analysis,safety production and environmental protection.The design selected high density polyethylene(HDPE)as the basic materials of production,and used intermittent extrusion blow molding process and equipment for production.After a production cost estimation and the economic and technical analysis,we can conclude that it is good technological design,suitable equipment,good economic benefit after the production,so the design scheme is feasible.
