| In the modern iron and steel industry,coke has the following important purposes:a reducing agent,providing heat,skeleton,as well as proving carbon source.In order to obtain high-quality coke,it’s necessary to control a variety of factors that affect the coke quantity in the coke production process.According to the principles of coal coking,coal blending scheme rationality determines the coke quality.For the design and management technology in the coke production process,coke quality prediction models haves a very important significance.This paper pretreat 10 kinds of coal samples coming from Coking plant,and do simulation experiment on coal samples using microwave and conventional coking methods.The measure of various coal samples ash,sulfur,volatile,bond index,microstructure,and strength of coke particles reactivity was carried out.The coke characterization was analysized by using thermal gravimetric analysis,infrared analyzer and optical microscopy.Combining with the heat of coke reactivity index to infer the mechanism of the formation of coke,coke quality was evaluated to find out the characterization of the quality of coke ash,factors sulfur,and microscopic intensity responsiveness,and other indicators.The prediction model of coke quality is evaluated,and it is found that the prediction model can fully meet the needs of actual coking production.Coke ash and sulfur from raw coal ash and sulfur,and in the stability of the production conditions show a good linear relationship.The main factors affecting the hot strength of coke is the degree of deterioration of raw coal and coal ash composition,thereby controlling hot strength of coke can mainly be achieved by regulating the single coal ratio,which means more amount of middle coalification degree,strong adhesion coal.Coke refining requirements as low as possible thermal reactivity,which requires reasonable coal blending,which can also reduce the amount of high-quality coal,reducing coking costs. |
