Taixi Coal Preparation Plant Unattended Monitoring Scheme Design

More and more monitoring equipment combined with production equipment with the improvement of coal industry in our country,which used for replacing manual task,decreasing labor cost and reducing labor intensity.Although the proportion of people has declining continuously in current coal washing plant and automation equipment has becoming consummate gradually,people still play irreplaceable role in the process of production in coal washing plant.It has become inevitable problem that how to improve the efficiency of manual inspection in coal washing plant.This paper based on analysis and summary of the automatic production and monitoring systems,studied the combination of internet of things and intelligent video surveillance system,and introduced the video analyze technology which combined with production control system.We select one partition of Taixi coal washing plant as the design fundamental,and do regional image sampling,regional state identification,hazardous area identification and equipment status identification for the equipment in operation.In the meantime,data we obtained was transmitted in real-time through wire and wireless network,which means operating state of equipment can be monitored clearly.Equitable distribution inspection area on the basis of this system has profound significance in preventing illegal operation and casualties.
