In recent years, as the problem of safety of mining environment becomes more and more serious, mine digitalization has become the core content of information construction in mining enterprise. However, some disadvantages such as lagging of getting information, low capability of coordinated management of persons and mining equipments exist in the existing digital mine safety production systems, the effect of the application cannot meet the improving requirements of improving the working environment and the mining safety coefficient of the enterprises nowadays. Recently, the development of the Internet of Things (IOT) lends new support technology to the construction of digital mine system. It is of great importance to research how to converge IOT and digital mine safety production system.Nowadays, most digital mine systems are built based on3D models, and the3D digital mine safety production system will be used in this paper as the converged environment of IOT technology. The aim of this paper is to find a solution for the safety production demands, which will be achieved by the following methods:(1)Analyze the hierarchy of the model in current3D digital mine model system, especially focus on the research of the model related to safety production, model the operation of safety production, expound the business process according to the actual demand, in addition, compare the business model with the business process diagrams, analyzing of the shortage of the current system in obtain and transport real-time data.(2)Expound the working process of the IOT, learning and analyzing the principle of the IOT RFID sensor, including the object recognition and location technology, comparing the data obtained in the two technologies with the system’s data defect, putting forward the idea that fuse the IOT technology and system together, providing the hierarchical structure of the IOT in the system.(3)Re-design the model related to safety production systems based on the integration of the IOT technology, expound the business process of personnel positioning, environmental safety monitoring and management of emergency command. (4)The feasibility and accuracy of the theory in this paper is tested by applying the model built during last step to the virtual reality and safety production module of digital mine system in Zhangqiu City, Shandong Province. |
