Research On Control System Of Digital Pumping Unit Based On Internet Of Things

As the promotion and implement of 4.0 in industry and intelligent manufacturing,digital intelligent control has becoming the development trend of digital oilfield construction,and internet of things technology has becoming an important support technology of intelligent control of digital pumping unit.In view of low efficiency of pumping oil and large consumption of power caused by the low permeability,the thesis researched on the intelligent control system of digital pumping unit based on internet of things technology,combining with the control of the digital pumping unit and the domestic and foreign research literature.This thesis analyzed the deficiency of traditional pumping oil unit in low permeable oil fields,established the control system requirements of digital pumping unit based on internet of things technology,developed the system design scheme of digital pumping unit based on internet of things technology,mainly includes three aspects : data acquisition subsystem,data transmission subsystem and data processing subsystem.This paper uses the STM32F103 and wireless ZigBee technology,builds the hardware of intelligent control platform,completes the acquisition of sensor data and automatic adjustment of pumping time intelligent control and thrust balance.This thesis mainly developed the hardware circuit of the intelligent controller,its circuit included the voice prompt circuit,balance adjustment circuit,speed regulating,ZigBee wireless communication circuit and the communication interface of each module.The thesis designed the main program and subprogram of the control system by using MDK-ARM software,mainly researched the ad-hoc network function based on ZigBee technology from well site type pumping unit and mainly designed the speed control,balance adjustment,remote start-stop control and voice prompt function in the control program,realizing the intelligent control of the pumping unit.The field operation results show that the system can not only achieve balance adjustment,speed control and remote start-stop function,but also realize from type wellsite ad-hoc network data transmission function,and the “three low oil field” of ShanBei has the remarkable energy saving effect and reliable data transmission.Therefore the control system has the important application value in the wisdom oil fields.
