Research on the planning of fashion model contestAbstractFashion models are one of the most important part of a fashion show,they need to have a sufficient understanding of clothing,and using their beautiful body language to exhibiting the function of clothing and the idea of design,showing its different style effects,express their attitude to life,and guide people to a fashion cultural understanding.Fashion model contest as a fashion activity,plays a very important mission in the fashion industry.It need to dig out those most characteristic new models among many participants,cultivate the rookie stars of the future fashion model industry and popularize them,or elect the most valuable fashion models and to grant the title of supermodel.Model contest planning is the important factor to determine whether a event can be successful,the event present all the results are based on the planning.It is the overall planning and coordination of a fashion model contest,is a pre-consider and conceive.At this stage,the number of model contest held more and more,but the number of participants is limited.The well-known model contests have strong influence,attract a large number of contestants.But the new model contests do not have many applicants,and they have weak promotion,lack of investment and other difficult issues.The reason is the event target is not clear,the way of judgment is unfair and pre-publicity and post-publicity is not strong,those affect the attractiveness of the event itself,the fundamental problem is that the impact of the contest is not enough,the activities of professional planning is not strong,and even there is no planning.This has led to the decline in the number of participants year by year,the media exposure rate declined,the sponsors lost confidence in it.To change this situation,we should focus on planning,analysis of the various stages of the contest and make a conception,clear the goal,have a creative idea of the contest,ensure that the contest can be conducted in a fair and impartial manner,increase the intensity of the early stage of the contest and the promotion of late reports.In this way,not only can attract more excellent models participating,but also to improve the professionalism and authority of the model contest.Based on those,this thesis will be based on the existing academic achievements,use literature research,interviews and case studies and other methods,and try to combine some of the principles of communication to analyze the model contest event planning.
