Research On China’s Environmental Policy Evaluation Since 1980

In the 21 st century,human development will make great progress and face many challenges.The first challenge is environmental issues.Human beings continue to use nature to promote their own development and produce serious environmental problems.It is necessary to analyze and evaluate China’s environmental protection policies on the basis of scientific theories and methods,and to judge the effect of environmental protection policies in our country and to provide the basis for the scientific formulation of the next environmental policy.This paper expounds the background,significance and purpose of the topic,analyzes and summarizes the research status of environmental policy evaluation at home and abroad,introduces the basic theory of environmental policy evaluation,summarizes the characteristics and main contents of environmental policy.Single factor longitudinal comparative analysis is to be evaluated the effect of individual,since 1980,China’s environmental protection policy for a phased analysis.Reflections on the problems in the operation of environmental protection policies in China,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on environmental protection policies.
