A Research On The Evolution And Problems Of Ecological And Environmental Protection Policy In Sichuan Province In Recent 30 Years

In the current period,the Sichuan Provincial Government placed the protection and restoration of the ecological environment in an overwhelming position.Since the first implementation of the Sichuan Provincial Environmental Protection Regulations,the Sichuan Provincial Government’s ecological and environmental protection policy has been implemented for nearly 30 years and has achieved remarkable results,but the overall situation of the ecological environment is not optimistic,and the ecological and environmental protection policy needs to be further improved,with a view to building beautiful Sichuan as soon as possible.This paper focuses on the evolution process,problems and causes of the Sichuan Provincial Government’s ecological and environmental protection policy.Based on research background and significance,domestic and international research review,research ideas and methods,basic connotation and theoretical basis,the Sichuan provincial government’s ecological and environmental protection policy is roughly divided into the initial,medium-term and near-term.The ecological environmental protection policy of the central government is roughly divided into the initial stage,the development stage and the deepening development stage.And the two are correspondingly analyzed and studied.In the research process,the literature research method,the comparative research method and the qualitative research method are mainly used.Based on the development of the ecological and environmental protection policy of the central government,also based on the macro background and the actual situation of the Sichuan ecological environment,the evolution process of the Sichuan provincial government’s ecological and environmental protection policy and its shortcomings,problems and causes are summarized.Developed countries such as Japan and the United States have the experience of pollution and governance,and now the ecological environment is good.So using the beneficial experience of developed countries,combined with the actual situation in Sichuan Province,this paper attempts to further improve the Sichuan Provincial Government’s ecological and environmental protection policy and propose corresponding countermeasures.
