Research On The Conventional Type Of Individual Safety Prpoduction Regulation Management Rationality Criterion

In recent years,serious safety accidents continue to occur,safety critical situation and Safety production problems need to solve.In the human-machine-environment system,mechanical systems continue to improve,human factors become the main cause of safety accident source.Safety production management rationality problems began to be studied with emphasis on human factors.Therefore,this article select the most prevalent conventional tissue genotype for the study,and introduced the rationality theory of philosophy to construct the rationality theory frame of safety production regulation management,and cognitive neuroscience experiments were carried out to study the conventional type of individual cognition rule,the rationality of regulatory management for safety production is discussed on the basis of this,and provide suggestions for improving the safety management rationality of enterprise.The full text can be divided into the following three parts:The first part(chapter 1,chapter 2),constructed the theory framework of safety production regulation management of conventional type individuals based on feature.Firstly introduced the background,purpose and significance of the article;Then targeted from the individual differences and safety management,analyzed the connotation and function of cognitive behavioral characteristics of the individual conventional type and production safety regulations based management,to identify the matching relationship between the two.Finally,introduced the theory of rational philosophy to explained the meaning of reasonable safety production management and set up the routine genotype-based management of production safety regulatory structure and content of rationality.The second part(chapter 3,chapter 4),determined the rationality of the criterion based management of production safety regulations and used cognitive neuroscience experiments to verify.Firstly,determined the type of individual rationality principle conventional criterion,constructed based on this type of production safety management regulations rationality criterion its conventional genotype hypothesis.By comparing a variety of research methods,this article determined to validate the hypothesis of rational criterion using neurocognitive test methods.According to the study hypothesis experimental design,this part analyzed and explored conventional type of individual production management model in different security elements exhibit differences in changes in the role of the indicators,established the experimental results by testing the experimental hypothesis cognitive neuroscience experiments to verify hypotheses the establishment or not.The third part(Chapter 5),put forward to promote safety production regulation management reasonable suggestions.This part firstly discussed the experimental results and determined based on the analysis of the relationship between rationality criteria,criteria of rationality and the existing safety production management,draw reasonable criterion effect on safety production management,so as to put forward to improve safety production regulation management rationality suggestion.
