| Although in order to change the current situation of safety management,people has made unremitting efforts,but still cannot achieve the desired results.In recent years,study people gradually research on safety production management transition from human factors,The study found that individual initiative is more impetus than other human factors,become one of safety production management transition’s the important factors.Therefore,it is necessary to make a systematic study on the influence mechanism of individual initiative to safety production management mode transition.This study commit to reveal composition variable and influence relationship between variables’ the influence mechanism of individual initiative to safety production management mode transition,in order to provide theoretical support for the organization realize safe production management mode transition.The main research contents include:Firstly,the research focused on the influence mechanism of individual initiative to safety production management mode transition’s the research theoretical framework.The paper started from individual initiative’s concept definition and different initiative individual’s category division,different initiative individual’s transformation conditions,safety production management mode transition’s concept definition and stage division,influence mechanism’s concept definition and discrimination,through analyzing and comparing the mechanism of individual initiative to safety production management mode transition’s the typical theory.The author selected social cognitive school’s three element interaction theory and organizational behavior school’s organizational attachment theory to the support theory,the influence mechanism of individual initiative to choice determination method’s safety individual behavior was defined,then the grounded theory was selected to explore the structure of safety individual behavior,and ultimately the structure of safety
