EPC project general contracting mode in the development of construction market in our country,which more and more get the recognition and favor of engineering industry.And the construction process is complex and dangerous,safety accidents occur frequently,In order to prevent similar accidents and incidents from being reissued or repeated,The EPC contractor shall develop a safe production experience feedback management system to improve production safety management.Firstly,the organizational structure,responsibilities of all parties and output of results under empirical feedback are analyzed,and a complete system of experience feedback and revision of safety production under EPC mode is established.Then a case study on the feedback of safety production experience implemented by an EPC general contracting enterprise shows that the number of potential safety hazards detected in 2017 and 2018 is 25.42% and 28.25% lower than that in 2016,and after 2016,the average monthly recurrence rate of potential safety hazards in the enterprise decreases year by year,from 59.73% in peak period to 11.58% and from 80.61% to 80.61%,it shows the feasibility of experience feedback system in EPC safety production.Subsequently,the risk of steam generator project is assessed by using the experience feedback management system of EPC project general contracting enterprise.It is found that the efficiency of risk identification and the actual cost of risk treatment deviate from the actual value.Therefore,an error bar correction matrix is established to correct the evaluation results.Finally,through the questionnaire survey and improvement suggestion analysis,identify the existing problems in the current safety production experience feedback system and put forward suggestions for improvement. |
