Research On Guide Mechanism Of High Individual Safety Production Behavior

Human production process of the accident is mainly caused by people’s unsafe behavior and unsafe state of production through the accident cause theory,while the unsafe state of production is often associated with safety management.High initiative individual in the organization is generally considered to be "active groups" in the management of the safe production,which have been focused on.However,it is also found by some searchers that this kind of "active" thing also exists in the case of organizational goals conflict.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the influence factors of safety producing behavior of highly initiative individual,the relationship,the difference between the high intiitative individual safety production behvior and the others as well,and reveal the method of guidance for safety producing behavior of highly initiative individual.The main contents include the following aspects:Firstly,the research framework of guidance mechanism for safety production behavior of the high initiative individual is established.From the connotation of high initiative individual,guiding mechanism and safety producing behavior,the structure of safety production behavior of the high initiative individual is analyzed by the relevant theory of safety production management theory,organization behavior theory and management psychology theory.The structure of influence on individual behavior is divided to implicit factors and explicit factors.The management of safety production behavior of the high initiative individual and its relationship with management mechanism is searched,and the key mechanism of the safety production behavior is proposed.The relationship between the guide mechanism and influence factors is analyzed and the research contents of guiding mechanism are clarified.Then the research framework of the dissertations is established by the match with the demand of guide mechanism and the function of its application system and consistent with the actual status of the safety production behavior and the target of organization.Secondly,the construction of implicit factors and its relationship are searched.Following the logic of the assumption proposed and hypothesis verification,the construction of implicit factors are analyzed at first.The theoretical assumptions of implicit factors on the safety production behavior of the high initiative individual are proposed which is based on the theory of implicit cognition.According to the cognitive neuroscience theory,the theoretical hypotheses are transformed into the experimental hypothesis.The experimental hypothesis of implicit factors is validated through experiments.Then the relationship between the implicit factors is studied,and its theoretical hypotheses are raised.The empirical analysis of its relationship is carried on through the projection pursuit method and forced entry method.Thirdly,the construction of explicit factors and its relationship are studied.Following the logic of the assumption proposed and hypothesis verification,the construction of explicit factors are analyzed first of all.The explicit factors of safety production behavior of the individual are determined which is based on the grounded theory and image mapping method.Then the explicit factors of safety production behavior of the high initiative individual are identified by discussing of sensitivity.Then the relationship between the explicit factors is searched,and the theoretical hypotheses of the explicit factors of the safety production behavior of the high initiative individual are raised.The empirical analysis of its relationship is carried on through projection pursuit method,forced entry method and adjusting model checking method with intermediary variable.Finally,the function of application system for the guidance mechanisms of the safety production behavior of the high initiative individual is searched,and some recommendations are proposed.Comprehensive the empirical results between the construction of implicit factors and its relationship and construction of explicit factors and its relationship,the relationship between influence factors of the safety production behavior of the high initiative individual is discussed.Then the new demands and features of the guidance mechanisms of the safety production behavior of the high initiative individual are analyzed further,and a series of suggestions about the safety production behavior of the high initiative individual are supplied from aspect of guide,control and correction.
