Study On Environmental Pollution Control Of Livestock And Poultry Breeding In Nanxiong City

In recent years,the economy of Nanxiong city has achieved rapid development,as well as people's living standards.Meanwhile,the developing demand of varieties of meat,milk and egges resulted in the rapid improvement of the livestock and poultry industries in Nanxiong city,especially the large-scale industries.Although it makes great progress in local people life,the serious environmental pollution problems were also showed up.During last two year,some strategies have controlled the situation,but there still exists a lot of faulty which concentrated on these aspects,like the outstanding problems of old livestock plants in suburban area,poor condition of small-scale livestock plants,insufficient investment,boundedness of generalizing technologies,scanty supervision of veterinarians on sanitation environment,etc.On this foundation,this paper invested the relating problems on environmental protection in Nanxiong through collecting and analyzing a large number of articles and field researching.It shows that the main reasons for environmental protection control problems including the increasing demand of animal products,resource property is unclear,unreasonable site selection,negative externality of livestock breeding and failure management of government.So according to these problems,this paper suggested a lot of advices.It involves in further reinforcing pollution harness by government,comprehensive application of management and technologies to increase the capacity of environment by enterprises,comprehensive application of management and control policies by enterprises,intensifying publicity and supervision of environmental pollution prevention,as well as building prevention system in livestock breeding.At the same time,it disposed a pattern for energy saving and emission reduction called “advanced cleaning,solid-liquid separation-sedimentation tank + biogas digester + biogas slurry storage pool-comprehensive utilization of combing agriculture with forestry”.According this paper,Nanxiong government can carry on suitable strategies on livestock breeding environmental problems.So the difficulties restrained economy development can be solved.Also it can provide references for relative departments to make policies.In addition,this paper can provide theoretical basis and guidance for domestic and foreign countries to carry out relative environmental pollution controlling suggestions on livestock and poultry breeding industries.
