Currently, the coal industry’s security status is still complex and severe in China, coalmine accidents occur frequently, a good coal mine atmosphere plays an important role for theprevention of Near-Miss and the occurrence of coal mine accidents. Study safety atmosphereinfluence factors of coal mine enterprises and explore the relationship between coal minesafety atmosphere and Near-Miss will have great significance to prevent the happening ofcoal mine accidents.In the study, firstly, the influence factors of coal mine safety atmosphere, safetybehavior,and coal mine Near-Miss were sorted out with the method of literature review. Onthis basis, the definition of coal mine safety atmosphere and coal mine Near-Miss were givenout.Secondly, on the basis of literature review, established a questionnaire on the relationshipbetween coal mine safety atmosphere and Near-Miss.Then analyzed the reliability andvalidity for the recycling questionnaires using SPSS16.0.The results show the reliability andvalidity of the questionnaire is good, the results of exploratory factor analysis show that coalmine safety atmosphere include five factors, namely safety attitude, safety awareness, safetycommunication, safety participation and safety training; safety behavior include three factors,namely safety check, safety protection and safety operation; coal mine Near-Miss includethree factors, namely Near-Miss discover, Near-Miss perceive and Near-Miss report.Finally, according to the results of exploratory factor analysis, build the structure modelof the relationship between coal mine safety atmosphere and Near-Miss. Based on the datafrom the second questionnaire, conducted a confirmatory factor analysis on the model usingthe software AMOS7.0. The results indicated that the model fitting indicators in the model areall within the acceptable range, confirmatory data fits well with the model, which tested andverified the proposed hypothesis. The coal mine safety atmosphere is positively correlatedwith safety behavior and negatively correlated with Near-Miss, safety behavior is negatively correlated with coal mine Near-Miss. Then putted forward some coal mine Near-Missprevention countermeasures from safety atmosphere, safety behavior and coal mineNear-Miss three aspects. It is conducive to impel coal mine enteprise do risk precontrol workfrom the angle of safety atmosphere and provide a new idea and reference for coal minesafety management.
