The Carbon Emission Measurement Of Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei Based On Input And Output Method And The Analysis Of Influencing Factors

Global warming is one of the most serious problems that mankind facing,major countries in the world has actively joined the carbon emission reduction activities.China has put forward the effective emission reduction targets,and to the regional units on the carbon emission reduction is more feasible.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is an important window of the world,but in recent years,serious air pollution,poor ecological environment,forced the reform of the environment,the study of Beijing-Tianjin-carbon emissions characteristics has practical significance.In this paper,the research status of carbon emission at home and abroad is summarized.First of all,using input-output method respectively from the perspective of production and consumption to calculate carbon emissions,based on Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province 32 sector input-output table in 2007 and 2012.From the point of view of time series to show the changes in carbon emissions;then using LMDI method from the aspects of energy structure,energy efficiency,population size,economic factors on carbon emissions factor decomposition,from the carbon emission intensity,industrial structure,economies of scale on carbon emissions factor decomposition.Finally,the paper puts forward the policy recommendations for the calculation results,and puts forward the deficiencies and research prospects of the paper.The results showed that the amount of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei overall consumption type carbon emissions is greater than the production of carbon emissions,who bear some responsibility for emissions reductions,but produced in Hebei Province,carbon emissions is greater than consumption type carbon emissions,contributing to the consumption of carbon outside the local area.And either type occupy more than half of the total carbon emissions,leading carbon emission reduction.Carbon emissions in key sectors,electricity,heat,water production and supply,construction,transportation,storage and postal are common key sectors of carbon emissions,the service industry of Beijing,chemical products,equipment manufacturing industry of Tianjin,and coal mining,metal smelting and rolling processing products,metal products of Hebei are their own key sectors of carbon emissions.Energy efficiency makes big effects on carbon emission reduction,energy structure and industrial structure of carbon emission reduction also a certain role,and economic factors and the size of the population are the main cause of carbon emissions,Hebei carbon emission intensity is far greater than the Beijing and Tianjin,there is a huge space of carbon emission reduction.Finally,according to the analysis results,to provide the corresponding energy saving and emission reduction policies for the development of low carbon economy in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province.
