We live in an era of rapid development of informatization,everything around him is a small system,the system is a broader concept,including information system,engineering system,equipment system,there are all kinds of system security risks,this is the whole system must have a certain security,how to guarantee the safety and reliability of the system,this needs for security to the security risk assessment system.Research content of this article mainly from the perspective of system security,the safety system engineering theory and risk assessment theory to system security into a series of risk assessment,the HAZOP analysis and fault tree analysis in ocean engineering platform for practical application,a reasonable conclusion.Firstly,the theoretical basis of system security risk assessment is introduced.Secondly,two methods of risk assessment are introduced.HAZOP analysis method to identify the risk analysis system,through data collection and statistical analysis to find out the risk occurrence frequency and severity,use relative index method for certain quantitative calculation,the accident risk size calculation conclusion;At the same time,the analysis of HAZOP is verified by ahp.Accident tree analysis is to various safety risk factors in the system fault tree model was constructed,to describe the process of project accidents by getting minimum cut set and set the path way of project accident happened a series of the best defensive measures and to prevent accidents.Then quantitative calculation,calculate the probability importance degree and critical importance degree and probability of top event,to illustrate the impact of a risk factor for the final event,and finally the possibility of accident.Finally for HAZOP analysis,the paper material is complex,tedious,staff to check the same and so on a series of problems,this paper designed a simple computer aided HAZOP analysis software,help staff to improve work efficiency.Will this paper proposed two kinds of security risk assessment method for effective application in ocean engineering platform system,by the HAZOP analysis for offshore platform for safety risk identification system,to carry on the reasonable calculation and analysis;At the same time,the accident tree model is constructed and the accident tree is analyzed.Through the risk analysis of two evaluation methods,it is concluded that the safety risk of offshore engineering platform mainly focuses on the instability of equipment in the process of oil and gas production and the non-standard of human operation.In view of theproblems arising from the analysis of experts to take preventive measures and operational norms.
