After 45 years of development,Hazard and Operability Analysis(HAZOP)has become a widely recognized safety assessment method to prevent accidents.Since the 21 st century,China has gradually realized its practicality.The dephosphorization process of phosphoric acid is a deep processing of phosphoric acid products to higher quality products.The reliability of the equipment and the safety of the production process need to be analyzed.Therefore,we use the HAZOP method to systematically analyze the dephosphorization system.Safety and potential risks.In this paper,a company's phosphoric acid de-weighting device is taken as an example to illustrate the working process and application method of HAZOP analysis.Combined with the actual situation of production operation,the system identifies the process hazard and operability of the dephosphorization system,and evaluates the risk matrix.Corresponding risk level,the improvement suggestions are put forward,and the deviation characteristics and risk conclusions of each node of the de-weighting system are obtained.The problems that HAZOP analysis needs to pay attention to in practical application are suarized.The research conclusion of this analysis method can be phosphate desorption.Heavy system and even other phosphate compound fertilizer plants carry out HAZOP analysis to provide corresponding reference.
