With the rapid development of petrochemical production automation,the factory ' s demand on industrial control system is becoming more and more urgent.Therefore,it's really important to develop an automation integrated system which can be controlled and implement easily for petrochemical production enterprise.This paper analyzed some problems in chemical plant reaction still production process,including the imprecision of pH control,lag,and delay,and developed a control algorithm which can be used in Experion PKS for reaction still PH controlling.Firstly,investigating the development of DCS and reaction still control at home and abroad,and then designing and selecting the devices of reaction still based on its characteristic;Secondly,researching the control algorithm of reaction still,analyzing and comparing the traditional PID control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm and forming a new control method through integrating these two methods;Thirdly,analyzing the whole hardware structure of the reaction still control system and configuring control system of each subsystem of reaction still using Experion PKS system;Finally,conducting module programming of reaction still PH value on Experion PKS platform and implementing the PH control algorithm on Experion PKS.In conclusion,we solved the problem of the application of reaction still PH value control on Experion PKS platform.
