The reseach of this design is about a new chemical factory of catalyst reactor.Base on the reactor control of this industry,investigating and researching the study process and method of this reactor automation,compare with the previous control system of technology and efficiency, ultimately the choice brand of DCS is HOLLYS YS and the algorithm is the combining of fuzzy-control and classical PID. This scheme,which is mainly aimed at the temperature control of chemical reactor, has many futures such as the control is easy to learn, optimal control effect is obvious, easy maintenance and management, high degree of automation.The process control of reactor is fast, accurate, and stable. To solve the problem of human’s dependence, low degree of automation, manual operation is not safe, robust and other technical problems, and completed the overall design of the three workshop of factory automation. The project construction scale is three workshop and each workshop has 12 reactors. Through the benefit evaluation, this project has good economic and security benefits. Under the conditions of security and useful, this project can produce good indirect economic benefits. The design of the study can provide a meaningful reference for the design of reactor control at the same types of chemical industry.
