This easy is based on project of 12000 tone fatty amine reactor DCS control system of one chemical company". The production process of fatty amine is batch reaction typically. Main challenge of the process is to control the temperature rising of reaction container periodically. The study and its engineering application will help to solve similar problem happen in varies of chemical factories.The main work and achievements are as follows:1. Based on the reviewing of a large quantity of literature, this essay explains productionprocess of fatty amine, control challenge and common control strategies detailedly.2. According to the production process, this essay designed the control plan and the system configuration.3. Aimed at the characteristics of no-linear, coupling,time-delay in the control system, this project developed a batch reactor temperature rising fuzzy control system not only by gathering the intensive filed information and first hand experience, but also by adopting neutral control theory. In the system, the reactor control temperature rising is accomplished automatically.4. In detail, this essay presents several steps fuzzy control system design according to different speed of temperature rising in each step. Also, this design not only shows advantages of real time, immunity to interference, adoptive and small static error, but also presents high robust in the situation of control objects vibrate. That is proved by well-running in the real system.5. Although the control system shows high quality in terms of overall control effect, its error reduction is still not satisfied. To improve control accuracy, more research is to be done in the aspect of control plan and algorithm.
