| Along with the rapid development of The Times,people’s way of life with each passing day,no matter what industry,are with the computer,quickly with digital and intelligent.Clothing as a sunrise industry in the 21 st century,all kinds of advanced technology is also followed,especially in the clothing structure design,starting in the 1970 s,the clothing CAD system has been born,development up to now,all kinds of garment CAD system,technology is relatively mature,but can’t get rid of a version of the division plate making experience,subjectivity is stronger,will not be able to fully realize the clothing structure design automation and intellectualization,the limitations of future development.This paper is standing in a new height to re-examine the clothing CAD system,and puts forward a new method of clothing structural design,aims to make the clothing styles figure can be converted directly into clothes structure.First draw the same as the garment size and proportion of strict of men’s shirt style figure,through to the men’s shirt style figure and structure characteristics of the analysis,based on MATLAB development platform,image automatic recognition of men’s shirt style figure,extract the drawing structure parameter data,a mathematic model of the parametric,to create automation and intellectualization of men’s shirt structure.This topic research content mainly has five aspects,specific as follows:1.In men’s shirt,for example,the paper puts forward a new kind of intelligent clothing structure design idea,the idea for the paper at the back of the system design method,and analyzes in detail the system in the men’s shirt style figure drawing requirements and process;2.Through the analysis of characteristics of men’s shirt style figure,using MATLAB image processing functions,identify extracted some of the men’s shirt style figure is mainly used for drawing the data structure;3.Based on MATLAB development platform,through image processing to extract the men’s shirt style figure parameter data,and the characteristics of men’s shirt structure analysis,a mathematic model of the parametric,write a men’s shirt chart drawing program,to realize the automatic from men’s shirt style figure into a structure;4.This topic designed for automatic and intelligent clothing structure puts forward a new design idea and relevant methods of drawing,if deeper studies on the basis of this,they can develop a set of complete and mature clothing styles figure to the structure of the automatic transformation system,make the clothing pattern design is becoming more and more intelligent in the future,simple and efficient;5.Generated automatically by the design of men’s shirt in front of the structure,the method of men’s shirt style figure is given,the generated chart made into samples,to validate its feasibility,and puts forward the direction of the improvement in the future. |
