In the era of digital information,digital technologies represented by cloud computing,big data and digital twin have flourished,injecting new vitality into industrial upgrading and social progress,and opening the door to digital government governance.Apparel industry in the local government under the traditional mode of governance is of great importance to optimize requirements: there is a lot of lack of unified data base of regional economy economic management platform to support the economy decision convey,existing business system and data can’t be too independent to business collaboration,resources are difficult to share the lack of precise control of intensified economy means,etc.Therefore,the research of integrating digital technology into the garment industry to build a digital brain platform for the garment industry is of great theoretical significance and industrial application significance.It not only has an important reference value for promoting the construction of the digital economic system in China,but also serves as a bridge between the government and enterprises to facilitate the vigorous development of the domestic economy.In order to better build the digital brain platform of the garment industry,this paper conducts a large number of data search and entity research,and defines the construction scope,construction factors and construction status of the digital brain platform of the garment industry.And the layout of the building industry in zhejiang province digital reference,the fusion of apparel industry for many years deep and systematic development of knowledge learning and construction of system required by the functional requirements and non-functional requirements were analyzed,and according to the results of the analysis done on the whole garment industry digital brain platform architecture design,including the system frame design,technical framework design and network architecture design.The construction of data layer,support layer,infrastructure layer,front-end access layer and application layer are conceived with the system framework design drawing as the focus.The research of data layer construction is based on the methods of data acquisition and governance to complete the construction and realization of the whole database.Through the planning and implementation of enterprise competitiveness model,enterprise risk assessment model,industry atlas component,enterprise atlas component,management query tool,label management tool and statistical report tool,the support layer provides support for the subsequent construction of garment industry information platform in the application layer.Starting from the underlying data level,the application layer classifies and establishes the information dimension of the underlying data of the garment industry,generates and distributes information labels,and then integrates the dimensional information and labels to construct the outline of the product.Finally,the prototype design tool Axure is used to complete the design of the digital information prototype of the garment industry at the application layer.It mainly includes three modules: industry center module,enterprise portrait module and regional index analysis module,which involves the layout of the content in the prototype and the design of the page,considering not only practicality and functional integrity,but also aesthetics and rationality of product interaction.The construction of the garment industry brain platform can help the garment industry in this region to solve the local data island problem and realize the deep integration of economic data.The government or relevant administrative departments of the industry can monitor the development of the industry in real time,and realize accurate decision-making and governance according to the in-depth analysis and mining of the existing data in the system,so as to improve the level of industrial digital management.
