This paper analyzed the quality influence factors of the ECG signal acquisition based on the user requirements,and obtained the design basis of the ECG clothing.First of all,the main causes of interference in ECG monitoring are about electrode-skin contact stability problems which were got through the analysis of ECG monitoring principle.Optimized sensor and signal transmission system will be integrated on clothing.Selected six movements which affected the torso deformation for dynamic experiments.Then,the user requirements for monitoring of clothing according to the investigation were determined as below.Monitoring accuracy > Price > Comfortable> Detachable >Appearance > Operability.There are six factors influencing the comfort of clothing,followed by tickling feeling,permeability,constriction,elasticity,softness,and weight.Influence factors of the accuracy of clothing monitoring are studied.The results showed that the contact pressure of skin-electrode had significant effect,and the pressure value should be not less than 0.5kPa.The signal noise was positively correlated with the change of pressure and displacement in human body clothing.Collected ECG can be used when pressure difference was in 3kPa and displacement within 2cm.Furthermore,the electrode position on the chart was located based on the experiment for pressure stability of the test part on human surface.The paper confirmed the chart design element through the electrode-skin slip experiment of four model clothing based on user requirements which contains 6cm shoulder belt,round collar and I-shaped back.The design principles of ECG monitoring clothing were summarized and the clothing prototype was designed and manufactured.The test of stress,displacement and the signal collection has proved the availability.In the end,one wire and one wireless model were gotten based on the user requirements.Subjective and objective evaluation carried out to them.The result showed the two garments are all met the requirements of the signal acquisition.The wire one has more advantages in the satisfaction of users and the quality of monitoring.
