With the development of economy and the diversification of environment, people are gradually to increase the requirement of safe and comfortable in wearing clothing. This lead a further research on the health effects of clothing pressure. The research of clothing pressure distribution is necessary in the fashion design, evaluation function, comfort, and other fields; because the change law of clothing pressure data is not the same on the same human body part in wearing the clothing made of different performance fabrics. The line of study needs objective data to quantify the fabrics, clothing and human; then associated with human physiological indexes.This topic main study the clothing pressure distribution of tight clothing made of knitted elastic fabric on the leg, analysis the calculation relationship between elastic properties of the fabrics, commodious ratio, and the clothing pressure. The paper optimize the Kirk equation, the leg entity model reconstruction, clothing pressure distribution simulation analysis based on the finite element method and optimization calculation formula; clothing pressure effects on microcirculation blood physiological indexes. These studies will guide the production of tight pants and so on.In first, the experiment tests the tensile properties of fabrics and clothing pressure.There are nine kinds of elastic knitted fabric which containing spandex had been selected.Tensile sample type is rectangle. The size is 50 mm × 100 mm. Constant velocity stretching method have been used. The experiment tests the weft elastic properties of fabric.Draw images in real time and average the tension load curve. The fitting coefficient is carried out on the starting stage. Use eight kinds of fabric, set up five grades of commodious ratio, for three leg parts, make a total of 120 clothing parts and a pair of tight pants. When the subjects wearing clothing parts or tight pants, clothing pressure of thigh,knee and calf points have been tested and verified. These are some analysis with corresponding pressure distribution in different performance fabrics and different grades of commodious ratio.Secondly, analyze elastic fabrics, the grade of commodious ratio having influence on clothing pressure. After testing the clothing pressure of the parts, optimize calculation formula on the basis of the Kirk equation. Kirk equation describes the relationship between stretching tension of apparel fabrics, radius of curvature of test points, and clothing pressure in wearing. But the actual clothing pressure calculation is hard to detailed test. So this topic on the fitting of tensile coefficient, commodious ratio, and the corresponding clothing pressure calculation. The two variables of Kirk equation’s optimization converted to fitting coefficient and commodious ratio.Here, the optimized calculation formula on the clothing pressure of leg is about six pressure obviously points. Six formulas is carried in finite element method(fem) clothing pressure distribution simulation which based on solid model. The tight pants are made of another kind of fabric. The value of clothing pressure test, to verify the optimized calculation formula of.Then, simulate the clothing pressure distribution based on finite element method(fem)and optimization calculation formula. Select the non-contact laser scanning equipment,scan the object the coordinates with standing position. Based on scanning point cloud data,use of backward technology to construct a three dimensional model. The processing software of reverse engineering is Geomagic and UG. The data preprocessing uses Geomagic software. In Geomagic processing adopted the fast surface modeling. This modeling approach is to grid processing of point cloud, to build solid surface to achieve.The main steps are divided into point stages, polygon stages, and forming stages.In UG processing, import patches, suture surface, thicken the skin surface inward. The skeleton is assembly into the skin. The inter-space between the skin and the bone is filled to be a part named soft tissue. The fabrics of clothing parts are regarded as continuous homogeneous linear elastic material, and perfectly elastic. The clothing parts loaded in virtual form, will not establish entity model. The pressure of key points between clothing parts and leg which have calculated by the optimization calculation formula is loading on the finite element model.Finally, test microcirculation perfusion and blood oxygen changes in wearing clothing parts made of different grades of commodious ratio, use the wavelet analysis to explore the mechanism and the corresponding activities. Select a kind of fabric and three grades of commodious ratio to make clothing parts. Test microcirculation blood flow changes and blood oxygen changes by O2 C OXYGEN TO SEE system.
