The Research Of Ecological Environment Protection In The Construction Of New Urbanization

With the development of social economy, environmental problems have been as an inevitable important issue put on the agenda of governmental administration according to law. To protect the environment and curb ecological deterioration become the main task of the government social management, it is also the basic requirement of every citizen in the process of their own survival and development.The urbanization development has caused many problems to the environmental protection in China, our country has the hope and the society can progress, only developing and protecting the environment by perspective and thinking of the new type of urbanization.In this paper, the prominent environmental problems in urbanization construction as the starting point, through the analysis of the theoretical basis and basic requirements of the new urbanization construction in the new period, to expounds the importance of the rural ecological environment protection and the advanced experience by drawing ecological environment protection from foreign, it puts forward to concrete constructive suggests for our country in the new urbanization construction both in promoting economic development and environmental protection. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction of the paper, in this chapter, the author elaborated the purpose and significance of the paper, analyzed the development situation at home and abroad, and expounded the emphasis, difficulties and innovations of the paper. It laid a solid foundation for expansion of the whole paper. The second part is the basic theories of the new type of urbanization and ecological environment protection.In this chapter, the author interpreted the basic concepts of the urbanization, the new type of urbanization, the ecological environment and the ecological environment protection, and demonstrated the relationship between the new type of urbanization and ecological environment protection, discussed the theoretical foundation of ecological environment protection during the new type of urbanization from aspects such as environmental protection legalization and people-oriented. The part is the theoretical foundation of the entire paper. The third part is the existing problems and cause analysis in the ecological environment protection during the urbanization. By listing the problems and finding the reasons, it laid a foundation for countermeasures in the last part of the paper.The fourth part is the countermeasures of ecological environment protection in the process of our urbanization. This part is the difficult and innovation of this paper. It mainly made by learning the foreign advanced experience and putting forward the four suggestions by author.
