The Investigation And Analysis Of The Ecological Consciousness Of The Farmers In Shenyang

Ecological consciousness is an important part of the ecological civilization system, and it is the spiritual support and moral basis of the construction of ecological civilization. Rural ecological civilization construction is the main content of the socialist new rural construction, and it is the inherent requirement of promoting the development of rural economy and society. The levels of farmers' ecological consciousness not only affects the good effect of the rural ecological environment protection, but also influences the sustainable development of rural areas. Therefore,it is very important to investigate and analyze the situation of farmers' ecological consciousness, analyze its influencing factors, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate the ecological consciousness accordingly.Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of the farmers' ecological consciousness, discusses the basic theoretical model of the research, and studies the theoretical basis of the ecological consciousness and the practical significance of cultivating the ecological consciousness of farmers. Secondly, this paper introduces the process and method of the investigation, described on respondents, survey methodology, questionnaire design and error analysis. This questionnaire survey involved 2 municipal districts in Shenyang, 1 county-level city and in 14 villages of13 towns of 3 counties. Obtained 91 samples totally. This paper used the method of the combination by questionnaire survey and interview method. According to the questionnaire survey data statistics results and interview, the actual situation get from visited to study the ecological consciousness of farmers in Shenyang from the farmers' ecological knowledge situation, farmers' ecological awareness situation,farmers' attention degree of the ecological problems, the attributions of farmers to ecological problems, ecological behavior of farmers and farmers' ecological expectations. The survey results showed that the survey objects have a certain cognition of environmental pollution in rural areas. And they are willing to participate in rural environmental protection action.And they have some confidence in the improvement of the environment in the future. But overall it seems, the levels of farmers' ecological awareness in Shenyang is generally low. It is not in an optimistic condition. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the ecological consciousness of farmers in Shenyang from the simple pursuit of economic benefits,lack of environmental education, environmental laws and regulations to implementation is ineffective, the implementation of ecological propaganda is lackingand farmers' backwardness living habits. Finally, according to the survey and analysis results, this paper puts forward the ways and methods of cultivating the ecological consciousness of farmers in Shenyang, including the development of rural economy,improve the living standards of farmers, strengthen the popularization and education of ecological awareness, improve the participation degree of farmers, establish and improve the environmental legal system, protect the ecological rights and interests of farmers, strengthen the construction of ecological culture in rural areas, improve the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in environmental protection.This paper studied the situation of farmers' ecological awareness in Shenyang by the first hand data and material obtained through the actual survey, and put forward the way and method to improve for the analysis results. It is hoped that these research have substantive guidance and reference significance for the cultivation of farmers' ecological consciousness in Shenyang(up to Liaoning province). All in all, the cultivation of farmers' ecological consciousness is a long-term and systematic project,should be highly valued and general concern, need the people who participate in the rural ecological protection efforts together, and thus promote the comprehensive improvement of rural living environment and ecological protection, and promote the construction of new socialist countryside and rural ecological civilization.
