Farmers’ Willingness To Participatein Rural Ecological Livable Construction And Its Influencing Factors

A good ecological environment is conducive to improving people’s sense of security and happiness,as well as improving their living standards and quality of life.It is an important welfare for people’s lives.In 2018,the Central "No.1 Document" pointed out that rural revitalization and ecological livability are the key.The ecology in the rural ecological livability means that the farmers are in the process of agricultural production,based on the protection of the ecological environment,and adhere to the green orientation;livable means that people live in a better environment,whether in developed areas or It is a remote and impoverished area,and it is necessary to give the people a clean and comfortable living environment.Compared with cities,the biggest advantage of rural areas is that they are rich in ecological resources.By tapping and exploiting the resource advantages of rural areas,they can build a rural ecological livable environment,thus achieving the ultimate goal of rural ecological revitalization.Farmers are an important subject and direct beneficiary of rural ecological livability construction.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study their willingness to participate in rural ecological livable construction and its influencing factors.This dissertation relies on the national social science fund key project "China’s natural resources capitalization market construction policy system construction research(15AZD062),the National Natural Science Foundation project "agro-ecological capital operation poverty-prone effect and its research on synergy mechanism with precision poverty alleviation"(71673302),taking the farmers’ willingness to participate in the construction of rural ecological livables as the research theme,adopting the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,based on the farmer’s behavior choice theory,through literature research to sort out the similar behaviors of farmers and rural ecology at home and abroad.Relevant information on construction,and clearly define the core concepts of farmers,villages and ecological livability.After the field questionnaire survey,the process and achievements of rural ecological livable construction in Lishui City,Zhejiang Province can be found,and the rural ecological livable construction in Lishui City can be found.Although it is in the forefront of the country,there are still problems such as insufficient understanding of farmers’ ecological habitable construction policies and low enthusiasm for participation in ecological livable construction.Combined with survey data,from the individual characteristics of households,family characteristics and the construction of ecological livable Cognition and willingness to participate Describe the statistics,and use the Logistic model to carry out regression analysis on the variables.Through the research,it is found that the willingness of farmers to participate is affected by many factors,including the training experience of farmers,the level of education,the ecological behavior in agricultural management,and whether they care about rural ecology.Environmental factors and other factors have the most significant impact.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the rural ecological livable construction policy propaganda,and enhance the farmers’ policy awareness level and their enthusiasm for active participation.The main innovation of this dissertation lies in the difference of research perspectives.On the one hand,the author discusses the willingness and influence factors of participating in rural ecological livable construction from the perspective of ordinary farmers,and on the other hand,it is conducive to the construction of rural ecological livable construction in Lishui City.Smooth development to achieve the ultimate goal of rural ecological revitalization.However,the survey sample is small,and the survey of the farmers in the five townships(towns)of Lishui City does not represent the willingness of most farmers in the country.In terms of data analysis,it may be relatively one-sided and lacks precision.Future research needs to be improved.In the future research process,this dissertation will be an important reference for the study of farmers’ willingness to participate in rural ecological livable construction and its influencing factors.
