Countermeasure Research On Efficiency Improving Of The Oil Machine Mining System In XinMu

As the increasingly tense on national energy,more attention has been paid to energy-saving,which has emerged as a significant indicator been concerned by all walks of life.In oilfield,energy-saving of the oil machine mining system gains particular attention.The efficiency improving of the oil machine mining system is one of the important methods to improve the management of machine production wells and to reduce oil production cost.At present,the major problem in oil production process turns out to be the low efficiency of the system.In recent years,every oilfield did many useful work in this aspect and invested a lot of money in energy-saving.But the efficiency improving of the oil machine mining system is a complicated system engineering that can be influenced by many factors.So,the precondition for efficiency improving is a correct analysis on the influencing factors of the system efficiency.In order to solve this problem,according to the power lose parts and based on quantity of field test data,a research on the influencing factors of the system efficiency is done in this thesis.Further,based of its results,studies on low frequency oil extraction,its supporting technology and frequency conversion technology in the light of low production and low efficiency oil field are also made in this thesis.Finally,the system efficiency can be improved,both the energy consumption and production cost can be reduced.
