Shu1 area of Du 84 block is the main production block of the heavy oil development company, mining the whole world most heavy ultra heavy oil, are used mechanical oil production, the efficiency of the system is currently at about 23%, with the oilfield development continuously forward into, Shu 1 area in Du 84 block has gradually entered into the production decline stage so, the efficiency of the system through a series of measures to improve the block rod pumping wells is very important.Data are collected through the field test of the rod pumping wells system efficiency, combined with a comprehensive analysis of various well conditions and production data, the influence rules of various factors on the clear rod pumping wells system efficiency, determine the direction of tapping. Because of the diversity and particularity of super heavy oil production, in the implementation process, combined with the characteristics of different production wells, by tapping the potential and the implementation of the oil well stimulation measures, efforts to increase oil production, improve the pump efficiency; in the precondition of ensuring the well daily level, through the design and optimization of parameter combination machine, rod and pump, implementation, adjustment oil well production process control, to further reduce the energy consumption of pumping unit, reduce the cost of production.According to the characteristics of super heavy oil production, preferably a good heat insulation effect, fewer operations and the injection and production pipe column. From meet the production angle consideration, establishes the mathematical model of pumping well suspension point load and torque calculation, by calculating the selected type oil pumping machine right, determine the matching motor. According to the characteristics of super heavy oil recovery, the choice of insulation measures design of wellbore and surface pipeline equipment; design of wellbore heating method, application of super heavy oil pumping unit stroke adjusting technology. Combining the properties of pumping unit motion regularity and super heavy oil, the establishment of sucker rod string by force, the torque on the crank shaft, pump efficiency, system efficiency calculation mathematical model, to meet the production requirements, with the system efficiency as the goal, determine the pumping oil well parameter optimization design method.Through this topic research, can grasp the system efficiency analysis of the block of the rod pumping wells, by increasing the oil well management potentials and the implementation of the pumping well parameter optimization efforts, to reduce the energy consumption of pump recovery well, reduce the tons of liquid power consumption, improve the efficiency of the system. At the same time, increase energy-saving technology and equipment import promotion efforts, reduce the loss of reactive power, improve the efficiency of pumping equipment.
