With the rapid economic development,China's rigid demand for oil continues to rise.At the same time,the deepening of domestic industrialization has also made oil one of the pillars of China's national economy.At present,the number of domestic oil wells accounts for about85% of the total oil wells.With the increasing energy shortage today,the energy saving of pumping wells has become an important research topic in the field of energy consumption.Reducing energy consumption is an important measure to improve oilfield production efficiency.At present,the energy-saving analysis of many oilfield company pumping wells has not yet formed a perfect system.Once the equipment is abnormal in production,it will lead to low system efficiency,which is a huge waste of power resources,and there is an urgent need to develop a new type of energy-saving analysis system.Because the factors that affect the efficiency of the pumping unit include two parts:permanent magnet synchronous motor and equipment parameters.This article firstly conducts direct torque control of the motor and compares SVM-DTC with traditional DTC control methods,get the speed and torque curve,from the simulation results,SVM-DTC control can further enable the motor to meet the large starting torque,high overload capacity,and the ability to stabilize efficiency and power factor of the beam pumping unit,and directly improve the power saving rate,lay the foundation for the analysis and improvement of equipment parameters.After that,a complete node analysis method was established to divide the system efficiency of the pumping unit into two parts.The parameters of the transmission equipment of the ground equipment were analyzed first,and then the dynamometer diagram analysis was conducted downhole.By outputting the analysis results as a line chart or table through this energy-saving monitoring system,the abnormal parameters of each well can be clearly seen,and the trend of the overall system efficiency of the equipment can be obtained.After the above calculation and analysis of the parameters,actual tests are performed on the optimized parameters,and a mathematical model is established to further illustrate the accuracy of the energy-saving monitoring system.The energy-saving monitoring system of the beam pumping unit that has been developed can call the data in the ORACLE database of the oil field in real time to calculate the static and dynamic parameters of the motor and other equipment.Line chart and radar chart,and can print out the report and pass it to the field staff,and give corresponding managementmeasures for the problematic well.
