| Pumping unit system is the important part of the oil-gas field development. Up to 2014, the number of rod pumped wells is over a hundred thousand. Under the promoting of national energy saving situation and the request of cost decreasing and benefit increasing, pumping unit and the supporting energy-conserving technology develop fast in these years. Application scale expands year by year. But due to the principle of energy-saving products, manufacturing, assembly quality,adaptability and other problems, the quality of product is uneven. Many energy-saving products are in a state of low efficiency, and even crash frequently. It impact on the safety of oil field production seriously, and also reduce the enterprise benefit.Therefore, it is very important to accurately detect the energy-saving effect. At present, the test item of pumping unit, supporting energy-saving effect and the key quality parameters of the energy saving is not complete, in a low accuracy. And the automation level is not high. It can not meet the actual needs.The virtual instrument combine the computer and the software. The testing ability of the virtual instrument can be showed by the calculating ability of computer. In this paper, the virtual instrument technology is used in the detection and analysis of the energy saving effect of the pumping unit and the supporting energy-saving products and the key quality parameters. Constructing the virtual instrument hardware platform which has a simple structure, high ratio of performance to price can realize the the efficiency and quality performance test when the pumping units are under constant load. And it also realize the control test of energy consumption and other key parameters when the pumping oil machine system is under variable load. The test system sets signal acquisition, analysis, storage and report generation and other functions in one. It achieves the pumping unit and supporting energy-saving products, energy efficiency test integrally,automatically. In this paper, the design of the control software has advantages of subroutine reuse,high efficiency of implementation and convenient maintenance of software. Using menus and dialogues as interactive window can make the operation fast and friendly. By the simulation of virtual signal, proving the development of test software can be used for the energy saving effect test of pumping unit and the supporting energy-saving products. |
