| Mechanical oil production occupies the dominant position, in the range of Petroleum Engineering in, so its energy consumption during crude oil production accounted for the proportion of the largest. At present, Jilin oilfield mainly uses the beam pumping unit for mechanical oil production, because of energy transfer and conversion process in many, many influence factors, machine mining system efficiency is very low. Because the energy consumption problem of rod pumping system is more and more serious, directly affects the exploitation of crude oil costs, new technologies and new methods to improve the efficiency of the system, the application of more and more attention of oil well. O il into the mid and late development stage, using sucker rod pumping system of oil wells in oil consumption has increased year by year, the proportion of energy consumption of oil pump ing system is also more and more big, therefore, to improve the system efficiency of pumping wells and energy saving of oil, crude oil production has important significance and improve economic benefit.This paper conducted a field test of a beam pumping s ystem efficiency; on the beam efficiency of each part of the oil system is analyzed and the theoretical analysis and the power loss; the test data are analyzed, and find out the main factors affect the efficiency of system; for the reasonable scene in the production of single well on power consumption, 100 meters tons of liquid power consumption and pump efficiency is proposed; through the analysis of oil beam pumping system present situation, proposed the feasible measures to improve the efficiency of the system; the single well test, and supporting the overall experiment was carried out in the test well supporting the overall optimization; the measures of effect were analyzed, and put forward the comprehensive management plan to improve the efficiency of the system, obtained certain result, improve the on-site technical personnel’s working efficiency, improve the production data management level. |
